Perranporth

In Perranporth town, three large new builds were undertaken. Our roles involved many of the first and second fix works during the construction process. Additionally, second fix works were completed on a double storey extension that was added to one of the existing buildings recently.

Forest Row

In Forest Row, located near East Grinstead, two new builds were completed. These construction projects have added to the architectural landscape of the area, showcasing modern design and functionality. These construction projects involved a full range of our first and second fix work.

Falmouth

In the beautiful coastal town of Falmouth, a renovation project took place involving the conversion of a two bedroom property. This project not only required interior modifications but also entailed a comprehensive roof rebuild. Additionally, an annexe was ingeniously incorporated into the design to make use of the previously unused space on the side of the property.

Polzeath

A comprehensive range of second fix works were successfully completed on this new build project in Polzeath. These works encompassed both internal second fix and external garden and landscaping elements. The second fix works involved the installation of various finishing touches and fixtures, such as doors, windows, skirting boards, architraves, staircases, and other decorative elements.

Hayle

Roofing and shingling were carried out on several single-storey chalet style beach homes in Hayle. The process involved the installation of cedar roofing materials to ensure the long-term protection and visual appeal of these structures. Additionally, some of the finishing touches were done using larch.

Hayle

In the town of Hayle, a variety of landscaping works were undertaken to enhance a clients outdoor space. These works included the installation of a patio, laying turf, and adding timber detailing. The aim was to transform the area into a more functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Malaga

Construction of a large children's play area was completed in a Spanish shopping complex, along with an outdoor area with wheelchair access.
